Introduction

While college is an amazing time to meet friends, get involved, and learn, it is essentially a time that prepares us for our future. In my time, thus far, in college, I have encountered a great variety of people including those who have their entire lives planned out before them or those who have little idea what they will do the next day, let alone in the next few years. How can we plan for our future when there is so much "unknown" on our plates right now? We must become proactive in finding internships in order to better prepare us for the future that we have in store. We must not assume that our future will fall into our laps. Rather, we must be proactive and seek out opportunities that will connect us to others and provide us with experience! It is my hope that this blog will be a collaboration of what many people have learned or discovered about finding internships or job leads in this chapter of our lives. While competition is evident, I believe that we can share our little secrets, as well!
